How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Is free delivery available?

Yes, all orders to Australia that are over $149 will receive free delivery. 

Free delivery is not available for international orders. Shipping for international orders is $19.90 AUD. 

Is The Decor House located in Australia?

Yes, we are an Australian owned and operated business. Some of our products are shipped from within Australia and others from overseas. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA and Canada. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We partner with quality global suppliers and aim to have your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping can take anywhere between 7 - 25 days depending on the manufacturer/supplier, although most times it is between 7 - 15 days.  

The shipping times above exclude our Australian supplied products that typically arrive in 2-6 business days. Should you be unsure if the product is shipped locally, please feel free to send us an email before you place your order.
